I've had three massive vertigo attacks with severe vomiting. Inevitably, my daughter has to hold me up on the toilet as I'm vomiting because I also lose control of my bowels. Does this happen to you? Gross topic I know but I hoping I'm not alone in this.

Have you had a CAT scan of your head done recently?

Vertigo is a symptom of brain cancer. My dad died of brain cancer, but his vertigo was very minor and brief. He would get a couple of vertigo episodes (each lasting a second or two) every day. For many years, this was his main (and pretty much only) symptom.

A bowel movement and dizziness may be from the vagus nerve redirecting blood away from the brain to your gut. This isn't a concerning problem as the vagus nerve may just be responding to emotional stress.

Other causes - allergies, drug or food allergies, lack of B12 in body, general muscle weakness from not enough exercise.
