- Cause of Tinnitus
- Loud gig/year of loud headphone usage.
So the Tinnitus is generally going down.
It rises at times because of the somewhat loud class room but it settles down easy enough.
While I am somewhat more open to the idea that my Tinnitus has a good chance of doing, I am annoyed from time to time even worried from the Reactive part of it.
I already wrote that stuff like PC's or TV's I know that's reactive Tinnitus.
Is there any chance of that going away?
I don't have hyperacusis any more, I am not bothered by loud sounds, well not in that way I am bothered on an level where I know what they do to the ears.
But anyway is there a chance of my reactive Tinnitus going away? if so what chance exactly, I know you can't be specific no one can but what would you say low, medium, high?
Also I read that by worrying we make our limbic system work harder so I'm guessing the most likely scenario is my limbic system is still out of whack and needs more time to, get back on track if you will, this so far is the most logical choice as the reactive part of the Tinnitus came 1-2 days later and mostly because I was obsessed with listening on everything I heard, especially if it sounded anything like Tinnitus then I would just lock on and as you can see not let go.
I would just love to hear your opinion about this, I will go and see an audiologist, said that too but it's been a while and up until recently he was quite full.
So I'll go there and have my hearing tested more thoroughly, I've learned that the standard audio test is only up to 8000 Hz.
Also I am kind of worried is there a chance some test there will make my Tinnitus worse?
I'm a little better off than a couple of weeks before but I am still nowhere near habituated, right now the only bad thing is the reactive part of my Tinnitus which I hope will resolve with time.
If it means anything even before Tinnitus I was quite prone to anxiety based puking, also when I get stressed and worried I don't tend to be in my most logical form.
Please any thought you might have on this means a lot.
