Hey everybody. My name is Roger and I live in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas just North of San Antonio. My wife and I retired and moved here about 1-1/2 years ago to be closer to the grandkids in Austin.
My thread has to deal with altitude and tinnitus.
We lived in South Florida previously for about 20 years which was basically at Sea Level. Here in the Hill Country of Texas we are at about 1500 feet above Sea Level.
About 6 months after we moved here, both my wife and I developed tinnitus. Mine is the high pitch, hers is the crickets. We are adapting through CBT, but at times you get a little annoyed.
Does anyone think that the change from Florida to Texas and the different altitudes may have caused the onset of our tinnitus?
