Multivitamin Helping My High Pitched/Static Noise Tinnitus — What Ingredient Might Be Helping?

I took the same one for a month. I can't say it helped or not. But my T is Def not as loud as before.

It is a faint tone/hissing now.

Maybe I will just finish the 100 tablet bottle, and see if it helps. Could be I am slowly healing too?

* I am 2.5 months in to having T, idk what exactly had caused it. Got a feeling it was from a huge impacted earwax. Or ear infection months prior? IDK *

I ordered all the individual ingredients, and I've been trying them one by one to figure out which is helping.

B12 worsened.
Magnesium worsened (or maybe just made me more uncomfortable, so I was more bothered by the tinnitus).
Potassium worsened.
Biotin did nothing.

Niacin significantly improved my tinnitus up until the full flush started, then it was worse (500mg; the flush was long and painful). I think repeated microdoses instead could be beneficial.

Manganese definitely improves it. Also this could be placebo but I feel like my high frequency hearing is slightly better and my hyperacusis for high frequencies reduced.
