I've had MES for about three years now. The most heavenly music, but where is it coming from? My brain is not talented enough to create stuff like this. Scary! Can anyone relate?

I have this also. There are several types. For me it is linked to constant background noise. For example, when I buy a new fan in my bedroom and the pitch is slightly different. It is a very common phenomena and is the brains attempt to recognize patterns in sounds.

I have unfortunately recently acquired MES as well.

I managed to get rid of it for a few days but then it came back when I was in an environment with a buzzing fan for a period of time and now it won't go away again.

Do you have any suggestions on how to eliminate it, especially for sleeping?
