My First Major Spike

So I just got home from work. Noticed in the car that I seem to be spiking. So depressing. I am a month in with T and had expected improvement by now. Overall, I have not had any declines so I can't figure out why or what is going on. My allergies have been bad and my ears are blocked and full of pressure. My ENT restarted me on Nasacort and Allegra today. Not sure if there is a connection. Had a very good day and then all of a sudden a huge spike. I am typically not reactive to noise and do not have H but maybe my music in the car was too loud but wasn't even at 50%. So I do not get it. Hoping It will calm down soon. I did have some wine after work but have never had a spike or reacted to that before. No caffeine all day. I am at a loss.
