That still isnt going to stop me from scouring all the medical literature that I can to try and find out if there is something. I know it is a long shot, like over the horizon, but I just feel like something is out there.but we will never be able to come up with ideas about doing something to reduce tinnitus, while not increasing one's chance of getting cancer.
Maybe there are other cellular signalling pathways on mature cells and cancer cells that arent on LGR5+ stem cells that if triggered will not cause a build up of beta-catenin while allowing it to accumulate in the cytoplasm of the LGR5+ cells.
The LGR5+ stem cells are also present in the crypt cells in the intestinal epithelium.
