Hi everyone,

I have been dealing with tinnitus for 7 years now. For the last 3 years, it was completely gone, until it came back a week ago. Now, it's almost gone again.

So, what did I do during those years when it was gone?

-> I went to the chiropractor for neck adjustments. My neck was extremely stiff. I'm not sure I would recommend this, because looking back, I think it might be risky. However, I do believe it helped me a little.

-> I took allergy medication and used a nose spray. I used two different types.

-> I worked on keeping my stress levels low.

Overall, what helped me the most was probably the allergy medication. I feel like my tinnitus flares up whenever my allergies flare up. Managing my anxiety also made a big difference.

Have a great day, and I hope this helps some of you.

Happy for you. Unfortunately, noise-induced tinnitus never completely goes away.

Enjoy your life as much as you can, especially now that you are able to.

Thanks for your reply.

Yes, I know there are different causes for tinnitus, and I feel so sad for the ones that are not curable yet. I am trying to enjoy my life. Even when I had the bad tinnitus, I just kept doing what I did. I know it's hard, but it did help me.

Hopefully, there will be positive news in the future for others who are struggling with this.
