I am new to this forum, looks like a great place to share and try and get some relief.
Here are some things I have noticed that increases the sound level.
Neck pain and fatigue after sitting all day at a desk job
Having a short nap after lunch...strange, I know.
Loud sudden sounds.
Loud music, I'm a drummer and 60 years old, so people, wear good quality hearing protection.
Activities/treatments that decrease the noise level.
Moving my jaw from side to side and doing jaw/ mouth stretches
Neck stretching exercises every 30 minutes at my desk
Listening to tinnitus relief sounds, youtube
Notched Music App on my mobile phone
Massage therapy, neck, back and around the ears
