Need Help with ETD (Eustachian Tube Dysfunction) Tinnitus Problem

Hi everyone so I've had my tinnitus for almost 4 weeks now.

And I'm a lil confused so if anyone can help please help.

So let me explain I went to my ENT 4 weeks ago when it first started to ring and he said my eustachian tubes are swollen and inflamed so she prescribed me a nasal spray which did not help.

So I went back today and she said they are still very inflamed and she couldn't even get the camera up my nose to see the eustachian tube because they are so swollen and inflamed so she prescribed me Dymista and she said this should help also she said for me to do an allergy test which I did and it turns out I'm allergic to every type of tree and grass possible including dogs which I have 1.

So here's the part I'm not understanding.

My anxiety and loud noise raises the volume of my tinnitus.

Is that normal?

Can it really be swollen and inflamed eustachian tubes causing my tinnitus?

Hello! So I saw a video on youtube where there is a certain way to angle the spray into your nose.

And I just saw on amazon that they have nose filters that are discreet..good for allergy sufferers.
