Everyone has. Tinnitus can make all of us emotional and sometimes negative as well. The thing to understand is that it is natural to have negative feelings and emotions when it comes to tinnitus.
Try gaining as much support as possible and just do stuff to take your mind off the tinnitus. There are many things, that a person can do, to shift their focus away from the tinnitus. Do some stuff that you enjoy (something that is safe and not loud and damaging for your ears). Dwelling on the noise can be quite depressing, so that is what we need to NOT do...
