Hello all, I am new here and have been trying to do my own bit of research on my Tinnitus problem.

Has anyone tried using antioxidants for relief?

I take combinations of vitamins A,B,C,E Selenium, Glutathione, Magnesium and Curcumin during the day that knock the noise down a number of points. Everyone is different, in my case the noise is at least an 8 out of 10 when I wake and usually get it down to 1 or 2, at times better sometimes not. At times I need to take the Curcumin to help as it seems there are underlying low levels of inflammation in the body.

I take the vitamins individually not in a multi as the vitC needed is appr 1000mg, the vitE 400-800 IU Natural E not the chemical copy made in a lab. Sugar seem to aggravate the problem.

I have recently read that Zinc would help which i still need to add.

This is just my 2c worth..
