Can anyone recommend some good noise machines to help with falling asleep at night? I have been using an app on my iphone and headphones but find the headphones to be uncomfortable after a few hours

Hey Tara i used an oasis bed side sound machine with an under pillow speaker.. was an amazing device and got me through the most difficult years.. It plays several sounds .. I used the sound of the wind whistling and blowing. . Another one was water trickling etc etc ..if you do order one of these you really should have the under pillow speaker as well .. I would think you could buy a unit on Amazon .. Good luck. Micky

Hey Tara I use a noise app on the ipad of crickets...it's the only sound that works for me. It helps me get to sleep by focusing on the crickets versus my T.

I use a free iPad/iPhone app called Relax Melodies. It's highly customizable. Place my iPad/iPhone near the head board and keep it a very low volume.
