Hi,
using on my smartphone applications which generates white noise, pink noise.
Actually it helps to sleep very well. I got several T-Frequencies, the most annoying one is a very high frequence.
So sometimes i get awake and listen to my T: The frequencies which I can hear then are differently from my "known" T. There are louder but more pleaseant - Fading away the next minutes.
So is this a good sign? Or should I stop this? Has anybody else similar experiences?
I use the Applications mostly on one of the lowest volumes possible, i guess max. 30 db(a) in 20 cm distance.
PS: Which frequencies can be provided by smartphones: Galaxy Series, I-phones...?
