Oregano Oil

Was wondering what peoples experience is with oregano oil. I tried to take it to help my cough and cold clear up and almost immediately noticed a T spike and some fullness in my ears. Same thing happened when I tried garlic but the T spike was much more delayed and less acute.

All the stuff I've read online says that oregano oil should either help T. Now I wonder if my ears can't handle any type of substances that kill off bad bacteria whether it's an antibiotic or natural herb.

I've recently tried Oil of Oregano as it's meant to be a natural antibiotic. This was to help clear up sinus issues. It gives me temporary relief of congestion but hasn't taken tinnitus away. In fact my tinnitus has changed from low to high.
