Ototoxic Natural Remedies?

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing? Sadly I saw one post claiming that because valerian root works in a similar manner to benzos that it could also worsen T through withdrawal symptoms. Now I'm sure this person had little idea of what they were talking about but I'm curious if anyone has ever heard of something like this?

I don't know whether this could be termed "ototoxic", but I've heard of two instances where "natural" products initiated severe hyperacusis and/or tinnitus. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the product names.

One was a natural product that helps dissolve scar tissue and break down fibroids. The other, I believe, was intended to open Eustachian tubes.

There are some powerful "natural" substances out there. Also, you never know what might happen if you combine things.
