I diagnosed myself with painnitus today. The symptoms: constant nagging pain located in the inner ear and around the ear burning ears but also sometimes tingling and itchy ears it feels like the ear is functioning as a loudspeaker instead of a microphone the short-term fluctuating hissing sound on top of an electrical snakepit seems located in the inner ear and blasts from the 'speaker' dull feeling around the ears and sensations on the face and skull stabbing pains at normal sound levels tension headaches
