Hi guys.

Nothing is helping at this stage, research is moving forward, or is it, and I'm fed up, like most of you. I noticed that my T is often not present when i don't think about it. Except at sleep, like most of us. Yet during the day, when it is also silent, Sometimes i don't hear it. So sleep is just a moment of the day where i'm conditioning myself to hearing it. A reflex, a fear, a natural reaction. I've noticed that when thinking about it, T comes back. I'm almost searching for it, just to gauge it, making it more present.

I've seen a company who recently developed a little bracelet to give you back feed back in the form of an electrical shock when you thoughts wonder were you don't want them to (You basically shock yourself when you feel the need)
Here's the review of this product, in a completely different context ( ). I'm just thinking about using this a tool, to zap myself when temped to think about my T. It seems a bit masochistic,
and maybe adding another level of pain to my daily life, but on the long run, could there be any good outcome to conditioning your self in this manner ?

What are you thoughts about this ?

Wow not sure about that one .
It could be enough to cause tinnitus with the shock and anxiety.
Thanks for putting it up....lots of love glynis

It's weird, I can sleep and doesn't bother me that much in bed, all I have to do is lay there so no big deal. It's the long days with screaming T while trying to think and do other things that get me. I mean at night I go to sleep and don't hear it while I'm crashed.
