I just started university (college in states)
my tinnitus has been going fucking awol, it'll be really loud during the day even if I'm out and about and then quiet and nearly impossible to notice when I'm at home. Although I fear I'm starting to get a high pitched kind of hissing in the mix in my right ear but when that happens my usual ringing is nigh impossible to hear. I feel like my eustachian tubes are still a bit not right as my ears are poppin' lots. I know I need to stop pressing my ears and listening for it but it's incredibly hard when I can't hear it I go to check if its gone and then I hear it again and fixate.
