Pulsatile Tinnitus Scheme

How many of you diagnosed or suspect veneous hum? And what could be a possible treatment? What do you think of internal jugular vein ligation?

I'm not sure, Chilly. I too have unilateral pulsatile tinnitus, but I've been living with it for 6 years now. In my case, it has not gotten any worse. I'm wary of any risky procedures that might make the pulsating worse, or cause another condition. Here is an article about that procedure, that caused a thrombosis afterward:

If you were to consider the procedure, it would be good to check with more than one specialist, to get a first and second opinion, at the very least.
