      Hey all, I think myself and many others on here need some re-assurance / motivation for recovery, just looking for anyone that has recovered from tinnitus, especially acoustic trauma.

      I've made a video of my own personal recovery process and recovery.
      It's so important not to have negative reinforcement and tales of doom.
      There is a way to recovery!!!
