Rhodes Party with Tinnitus

Hello Everyone!

i just came back from holiday in greece/rhodes and it was awesome!
i have to tell you that i was partying every night - the music was VERY loud
i took a video for you. i just uploaded it on youtube



it's not a very good video but you can hear that the music is very loud. i took it while just walking through the discothekes.

my tinnitus DID NOT get louder. it's the same loud i had before the vacation

so i am the real evidence for that not every tinnitus reacts to loudness
but i have to say i got the T from a panic attack and not from loud music

also i want to say that i met a swedish girl with THE SAME issues like me. she also got her T from a panic attack and has the same allergic like me. we said ,,no we can think about each other. there is a guy in austria with the same problems in life like you and a girl in sweden with the same problems like me. no we know we are not alone'' is not that romantic?

Eh, my T doesn't react to noise either... never has; only air pressure (right ear) and somatic movements (left ear)

I quite enjoyed a loud 40th birthday party 2 weeks ago. No earplugs, just didn't get too close to the speakers for too long (be sensible!) No change in T.

@Vaba that may well be true, but routinely doing stuff like festivals and gasoline engines is going to mess up your hearing later in life, whatever it does to your tinnitus in the meantime.

I'm talking from experience so please buy good quality earplugs and use them,you'll thank me later.

I got Molded earplugs with 15 and 25 Db filters. You can change them depending on the situation.

Too bad about the girl... At least you'll always have Greece.
