SBUTT (Sudden Brief Unilateral Tapering Tinnitus) Triggered by Tiny Noises?

I experience SBUTT (Sudden Brief Unilateral Tapering Tinnitus) triggered by tiny noises, along with reactive tinnitus.

This happens in many situations. It is a daily occurrence. Here are three examples:

1. Nighttime Sounds: If I am sleeping in my room with the window open, a distant dog barking, possibly a mile away and under 30 dB, or an ambulance siren far off can trigger an SBUTT.
2. Motorcycle Rides: While wearing 32 dB earplugs on my motorcycle, the roar of a very loud Harley passing by can also trigger an SBUTT.
3. Post Gym Routine: At the gym, I use 20 dB Etymotic earplugs. After my workout, if I step outside, remove the plugs, and turn on the tap water to wash my hands, the sudden sound often causes an SBUTT.

Does anyone else have SBUTTs triggered by very low noise levels, or is it just me?
