Incredible, but somehow finding an effective drug that can even provide some tinnitus relief, let alone cure it, appears to be beyond the reach of modern medicine.
 
Gotta wonder if one of that medicine's side effects is tinnitus

Lol, those new medicines advertised on tv is kinda out of the norm/shady/unreliable. You'd need to be pretty wary of such medicines. Why are they using tv instead of more common routes of sending doctor offices samples and meeting with them? Think about that.

And to answer your question, nearly all brain related issues are hard to tackle because of their complexity, it's not just tinnitus. It's super frustrating.
