Anyone had a worsening of tinnitus with sinus troubles? My doc didn't seem to think that would cause my ear ringing and it was definitely from loud noise exposure, but the side with the ringing ear has been blocked up (no runny nose, just hard to breathe, like it's inflamed). Seems the course is to take decongestant and wait it out.
