Loud club
Having a nasty spike from the gym. 75-85 dB was too much even with ear plugs. Also the pressure I get inside my ears when doing heavy compounds with earplugs in is horrible and i get a really heavy pulse inside my ears and they sweat to much.

I'm in the process of finding a new quieter gym but I doubt I'll find one, all gyms play music.

I want earmuffs that are not too wide.

I own the Peltor X5A but don't want to walk around with them as they're too bulky and wide and annoying to train in.

I want something low profile that blocks the most noise possible!

I'd even buy noise cancelling headphones if they're better or electronic muffs.

@Ryan ..were they playing music that loud ? Normally most gym are bit loud but normally they don't have high bass .

@Tinker Bell, yep works well for me! Not too big and has a good seal. Also foldable so I can slip it in my handbag. It feels kind of tight around my head but I have a big head so I always have that issue with earmuffs.
