not sure, but probably acoustic trauma
how many of you check for blood pressure when having spikes during sleep? I definitely see a correlation there, in these cases the bp is higher. Still have no idea what it means

I am currently have large spikes in T volume when I just wake but it gradually goes down after I walk about a bit. And I notice my T slowly increases in volume when I lie down. This didn't happen before in the past few years after I habituated to my T.

I suspect lack of sleep has caused my blood pressure to rise which negatively impacts my T and lying down, falling sleeping makes it worse. It is a vicious cycle...

Hi Tom,
Could be due to clenching your jaw at night .
Make sure your nice and warm and try adding another pillow see if it helps sleeping on your back...lots of love glynis

Hello @wishingluck
I think there's a correlation. I wish I had some answers, wish the Doctors had answers for some relief.
Perhaps it's the Holidays getting to me. T is one awful thing in life. My BP must be up.
