Strong Wind Causing Sharp Ear Pain

Hi All! Hope everyone doing okay today? My tinnitus has been okay today.

I'm currently on holiday in Cornwall so doing lots of walking and eating!!

But I noticed today that the wind really upset my ears and had bad sharp pains in them both so I had to leave early and go home!

I hope everyone is having a good day; tinnitus can be very mentally draining but we can get through this, I see a lot of negativity on here but I'm a big believer in a positive mind = positive life!

Yes wind affects my tinnitus as well. In the beginning I couldn't even ride a bicycle as a result! It's not as bad now, but riding my scooter does continue to affect it. I'm forced me to wear earplugs just for the wind. The trials & tribulations of a tinnitus sufferer.

Yes definitely wear ear plugs, I learned that the hard way after I went out 2 times in one day in the cold/wind and came home both times crying. 32 years old that should be common sense to protect your ears while going through this but I've learned the hard way. Going forward I am protecting them like crazy!
