I have had tinnitus since 2000 and haven't tried many things for my T but after feeling alot of ADHD symptoms for a couple years I figured I should try some ADHD meds.

Basically I took about 4 mg of Ritalin and drank it down with water.

Today is the day after and the feeling in my head is that I don't hear my T as much. Or at least it is not bothering me at all.

Can just find contradicting research on T and Ritalin. Anyone tried this?

I think ritalin might help you to direct focus onto what's important, i.e. other things than tinnitus.

Yeah it might be it because i feel that the T plus my wandering mind makes it super hard to focus toughts and do things that don't give adrenalin .

It feels like the tinnitus moved to the next room. And this is the day after... I am truly suprised Wish someone had some explanation for it.
