Taking a Break — Starting 18 Days' Fasting

I have been really struggling with my hyperacusis worsening.

I have to do something about it.

I have read countless reports of improvement after fasting, as there's also scientific research about it.

I am Muslim. I'm used to fasting for 30 days every year, so 18 days should not be a problem for me.

I will also take a break from Tinnitus Talk to take my mind off tinnitus in general.

I will report back the results once I'm finished with my 18 days.
