Tension, Pain in Ear, and Higher Tinnitus

Hi all,

I have had tinnitus for 13 years and mine is very fluctuating and always have been.

My question is:

Sometimes (twice a year maybe) I get a dull/tense feeling in the ear with slight pain and or itchiness. The tinnitus becomes higher in sound level and can last for quite a while/days...

Anybody?

My T is also fluctuating during the day. It is louder when I wake up in the morning. Sometimes I have a slight pain in the ear and it gets louder but then it return to normal ....
