I have had tinnitus for 5 1/2 years along with vertigo and occasional nystagmus.
It is debilitating and had caused me to retire from my work which I loved.

My tinnitus sounds like a lawnmower running within 10 feet of me. I am 100% deaf in the same ear, ear drops that were supposed to help the "ringing" made me deaf and changed the ringing to a lawnmower sound. I've tried ginkgo and garlic, all the OTC "cures" and nothing works. I have kept the vertigo less frequent with 6-8 gr of omega 3's (heavy DHA) and diazepam helps when I have a bad "episode" with vertigo & nystagmus, which leads to vomiting, falling .

I have to go straight to bed with a diazepam. Looking up, stretching my neck and turning to either side seems to affect the vertigo .

I had a physical therapist do Eplyies maneuver on me five years ago but he nearly destroyed my neck by turning it in full extension from left to right very fast and now I also have facet sclerosis. My range of motion is minimal and I want a normal life again!!

Has anybody tried Tinnitus 911 or any of the other so-called tinnitus pills with any results ??

There is no pill that will cure Tinnitus unfortunately.
You need to try to root cause yours with the help of specialists (doctors). I'm not sure why you were given drops and how they could make you deaf (was your ear drum perforated when you put the drops in? what drops were they?).
I suggest you follow a serious medical diagnosis process to narrow down what's going on with you.

Have you tried Buccastem?
Have you tried a hearing aid to see if it can help you.
Love glynis
