Hi!
Here is my story. 7 months ago I got disturbing eye floaters, dark ones. I had anxiety about this and still have. To control this anxiety I tried one evening an Antidepressant. That night I heard noise in my right ear. Loud enough to get distracted and had one week severe anxiety from that. I thought it came from the AD and I Stopped immediately. I went to the doctor after 1 week. He checked my ears but nothing wrong. He gave me sulpiride. I was afraid to take it so I didn't. After another 3 weeks my tinnitus was gone. I think after 2 weeks I didn't care anymore. I went to sleep but I didn't let the T influence my mind and sleep. The thing was: the T I had was very variable. Sometimes loud, sometimes very quiet. But it went completely away.
Until a month ago. I waked up in the middle of the night and suddenly I heard a high noise in my right ear. The week before I was very anxious so I blamed it on that. But I still have it know. It is not that variable as before but more a constant noise. I try to calm myself down but it is very irritating and difficult to sleep. With my first T is was also, but after resting, the noise was less loud, now it remains the same.
At the moment I am going to an homeopath and the T started a couple of days after I took a dose Phosphorus. I don't know it has anything to do with it. I also go to an osteopath. I hope he can help me a bit.
I am planning to go to the doctor. The previous blood results indicated quite a low level of B12. Want to,know it has anything to do with it.
Anyone with similiar experiences? Tips and advise are welcome!
