Tinnitus Got Worse After I Pinched My Finger in a Door

Hi all,

I developed tinnitus a year ago after stifling three sneezes. I felt a buzzing in my head, so I assume it's some kind of brain or nervous system injury. I have no issues with my ears or hearing loss.

My stress level is low at the moment, and my tinnitus has significantly improved. However, last night, I pinched my finger in a door, and it instantly got worse. I had a horrible night with a high-pitched, high-volume tone.

Does anyone know of any medication or treatment that could help?
