I have it it 's a 7500hz constant tone... silence is hell.
it started after I got my last shot of hepititus b vaccine.
now I am Hypothyroid, have trouble when things get quite as the Tinnitus amps up.
If I keep busy I can ignore it but, Hypothyroid still trying to find level (it's hard to find energy to distract myself).
I have increased depression and have not found any relief, exhausted.
Anyone out there have this scenario? I have had baseline audiological tests and use hearing protection in anything loud... but putting plugs in now make me get too close to my tinnitus and it's no fun being quiet anymore.
