Tinnitus Stopped for the Duration of Fasting

I joined this group because I found something interesting by accident about tinnitus. It's usually pretty loud and constant in my ears, but this past 10 days I had two bouts of sickness, both times I didn't eat for 2 days and both times the tinnitus stopped.

I'm wondering if it's food allergies or possibly caffeine? I only have coffee in the morning, one cup.

Anyone else have this experience?

No, I haven't had the same experience. I haven't been able to find anything that spikes or decreases it. I was sick a week ago for 4 days and it didn't increase not sure if it only happens to some people. On Wednesday I went to the doctor who looked at my ears and said there was liquid in them and gave me and allergy pill and some nasal spray. I haven't taken them yet because I'm on some antibiotics right now and dont want to mix to much medicine together. Sorry for the long read.
How long have you had tinnitus for?

Very interesting indeed! May be I will give it a try one day. But food usually makes my mood better to help me get thru my bad T days...
