Cause of Tinnitus
excessive loud music through earbuds
My tinnitus seem to have gotten louder than normal an hour ago in my left ear and I'm trying my best to stay calm, as I know anxiety can worsen it.

My only pointer at this cause is using a stethoscope yesterday at the pulmonologist.

He wanted me to use it so I can hear my lung expanding. I was hesitant to use it but did anyways.

I've taken NAC yesterday as well as today and magnesium. I just honestly don't know what to do.

Yes this can happen with things like that. But it is temporary @Kain. Give it a few days to calm down.

thought i'd give an update: can't really go back to sleep at the moment, it seems to have calmed down a bit and there's a tone that fluctuates. i'm sure some will say it should improve and that i'm worrying too much over it, which is correct, but honestly the fear lingers  i still have a lifetime to go and i don't want to suffer too much
