Me and my tinnitus just got out of bed the other day, I sat down and quickly turned my head as far as it could go to my right. Don't ask why I did this. I am always trying to do something, anything just out of curiosity to see if it affects my tinnitus. You guys know the routine.

Well anyway my hearing in right ear immediately went muffled for a few minutes.

Anyone else have this happen??

See an otologist (ear doctor), we are not physicians.

@cj5suzy What comes to mind with your multiple tones and one being to that of a wine glass is injury which can involve tightness of the SCM muscles causing muffled hearing when turning head. This is just one of a few possible problems and it also could involve clenching of teeth, but other combination factors might be taking place. I would consult with a doctor that willing to follow thru with complete neck, jaw and facial examinations. If you could supply other details of problems, then narrowing down could be easier.
