More good news about the 'Back To Silence' technique and how it's working for me. I spent yesterday visiting at the hospital and hanging around the waiting room. Very quiet places to be. Today I do not remember responding to my T once. Not once! As I was saying last week, if you're working on this T reduction technique, hang in there. This is wonderful. https://www.tinnitustalk.com/threads/back-to-silence.7172/

The technique is great, now im just waiting for you to adapt it to tell whatever part of me, brain or nervous system, that is causing me to wake multiple times a night since t onset

I've been trying to do that recently and had some success.

If I hear it perk up in my right ear. I just go "Oh hey, it's you...bye now" and if I feel myself start to get agitated by it then I just say "Hmmmm...why is this bothering me again. I'm a healthy young man...so this doesn't have an impact" and then i'm usually good.

Like you said it takes practice. But with anything practice makes perfect

It's hard to tell to be honest. It was a lot quieter before this summer. Now it's louder and I now have a ring in my right ear along with my normal hissing.

Mine flucuates quite a lot due to external sounds. It's about 45 in my right ear, and 58 in my left ear when I had it tested. I also have mild H as well, which to be honest is way worse then the tinnitus in my opinion.
