I'll be as quick and precise as I can. I have been experiencing a strange sensation of ear pressure in my right ear for the past two months. When I put my finger in the ear, the pressure disappears for a few minutes. This is the only symptom remaining from a recent tinnitus flare-up.
Could this be TTTS? Or can ear pressure be a sign of hyperacusis without pain? I also have a bit of hearing loss, and I know some people describe that as a sensation of pressure. Does it eventually go away?
What feels most unusual to me is that placing a finger in my ear actually stops the pressure. Any input or anecdotal stories would be appreciated.
