What Do I Do in This Situation (Loud Situations and ENT Recommending to Put Tubes in?)

So I take taekwondo lessons, and right now I just got out of one, but in it you're expected to be loud. When my master was yelling the whole time afterward I got a tinnitus spike in my left ear and it's super annoying. I go to this skateboarding classes on Wednesdays and it's a very small area so its very loud and after my ears are very sore after it. I went to the ENT the other day to help with what I thought was ETD. I told him I heard crackling whenever I swallowed and had muffled hearing both etd symptoms which im sure I have.

He thought it was something wrong with my EARDRUM and said to put tubes in them.

I've read many articles saying that it has made things worse so that's a no. I've been talking these mucinex pills thinking they would help, not so much though.

I would trust your ear doctor. Tubes rarely make tinnitus worse.

But it's not my tinnitus, I can handle that it's the fact that my ears are constantly plugged and crackle when i swallow
