I was wondering what everyone usually relaxes to other than white, pink or brown noise.

I'm trying all these different sounds and so far only water sounds work for me.

What sound would you best recommend for mild/moderate tinnitus?

This rain video is my go to when using a computer. It does the job very nicely.

I have two different models of Sound Oasis machines. The lower end model is for the place I spend the most time in the house and the higher end model is at my bedside. I use rain on those machines as well.

Outdoors will mask about 80% of the t for me and if I don't focus on it I can ignore it.

When I had mild tinnitus I would play classical music at low volume or have my sound machine on. I had them on only in a quiet room.

Is anyone else finding nothing will mask their tinnitus except the shower? Mine is like that most of the time now.

I did formerly have an improval and had days where I could not hear it outside and could just hear it over a sound machine.

I think if your tinnitus is masked by a sound machine or video it must be fairly quiet/mild, though I fully appreciate that can still be difficult to deal with.

Nothing besides taking a shower ever completely masks my tinnitus while I'm at home. However, the sounds of nature from the outdoors and the chatter people shopping while I'm out and about usually completely masks it.
