What are you favorite languages or What are the most beautiful languages in your opinion?

Mine are

Turkish- I really like Turkish, studied in my college, loved the sound of the language, it is a very interesting language, the structure of the language (phonology, syntax, etc) is quite interesting.

Swedish-What a cool language, it is quite melodic when its spoken.

Czech- One of my favorite languages, love the sound of it, it sounds really cool when spoken, very interesting

Serbo-Croatian (Bosnian)-My native language. I love the dialects from the Croatian Coast (Istra, Dalmatia). I consider the Dalmatian dialect to be the prettiest variant of Serbo-Croatian.

Spanish- Spanish is a beautiful (romantic) language, it sounds very nice when spoken, easy to learn, not complex.

French-Beautiful language, very romantic.

Italian-One of the most beautiful languages I have heard. It is very melodic.

Greek-My favorite language, love the way it sounds, it sounds particularly well when its sung, not a hard language to learn.

German-One of my favorite languages, it sounds so clear and on point, very precise.

English (UK)- I like the English language a lot. I think its a nice language especially the dialect from England.

Honorable mentions: Welsh, Portuguese, Norwegian, Icelandic, Polish, Catalan, Hebrew, Japanese.

I won't take it lying down.....!!"

I must be honest,
I've never been good at languages.
I'm just lucky I learnt how to speak English proper, and the appropriate use of apostrophe's.

Let's face it
- I'm no cunning linguist.....

Hey, you are doing better then me. I only speak Canadian English which probably sounds terrible in comparison to what you are accustomed to in the UK.
I love your posts by the way, they are so funny!

Yes I'm a fortified digger my friend, the best of the best I'll have you know
They are indeed my initials, its something my friends call me

I'm American and only speak English.

If I could go back in time and give some advice to my school-age self, I would tell her to study German and Japanese. Most of my favorite non-English books are written in these two languages. It would be wonderful to read German and Japanese poetry in the original languages.

@Alex Prime
Also, I think translation would be a perfect career for me. I could work from home, in quiet ~ something I would have appreciated even before I had tinnitus. I always did prefer the company of books to people.

You also choose when you work - morning, afternoon, even during the night. It is a low stress work, compared to other opportuties with English like the harrowing call center option, which is very well paid, but extremely stressful. And after my suffering with insomnia and anxiety, I try to avoid stress as much as possible.
