    How is yours fluctuating noise now? Mine has become fluctuating just this week and I feel I am losing my mind. Do you have any tips? Sorry to contact you out of the blue my anxiety is just so high

    Hello Patrick,

    I had a question concerning Cochlear Hydrops.

    My audiogram shows no hearing loss and it doesnt seem to fluctuate over time and stays the same.

    However my both ears feel blocked now they seem to pop but I never get relief since 2 moths..

    it possible to have CH without hearing loss or fluctuating hearing ? Are the fulness experiences by people with CH episodic or is all the time ?

    My tinnitus is very mild. I usually don't hear it unless complete silence.

    I went to an ENT I have no wax in my ear. My ear seems to pop like if I had ETD. And that is what my ENT told me at the first place.

    I also have jaw problems and my ear feels "numb". My Ent also suggested I could have TTTS due to anxiety...

    Can we have cochlear hydrops without hearing loss or vertigo/balance issues ?

    What bothers me most are my ears feeling full, especially my right ear, and a new droning mid/low pitch tinnitus that increases when I do valsava for example.
