I might give physical therapy a try since my tinnitus is so modulated by neck movements. I already reached my deductible for the year.

Ugh, I have gained about 35 lbs since this new spike. Between the amitryptaline, depression,and lack of exercise it hasn't helped.

Same here. I have been waking up with a bad static hiss. I try valium plus gabapentin to knock it down some. Also trying R. David Case's sound mix.
