    In the end, I also got the Covid... Feeling a slight increase of the ringing, but no worse than the last cold (which subsided again).

    Thanks! :) Covid is declining/gone, but ringing still more than usual. Hopefully it'll go back slowly... It's so sad since June was my most silent month since outbreak, and sometimes I woke up in almost-silence and even could do without masking. Now starting all over again :(

    Be very vigilant with it, my ears have acting odd since I had covid and it's driving me crazy lol

    Got much louder now with a strong cold/cough (no Covid). Any similar experiences? Is this normal and will likely go back to the usual level?

    Were some scary days (but did not cause the panic attacks I had during onset, that made everything much worse), but I hope it was just temporarily and I'll return to the normal baseline (bad enough, but clearly more managable).

    How are you doing now? Did you return to baseline?

    It got better again, thanks! Pretty much back to normal (with the usual fluctuations), which is bad enough though :(
