I went to an extremely loud rave recently, wore foam earplugs and didn't get any worse tinnitus or pain.

No pain at all so far today. Kinda crazy since pain was so bad yday.
Pain so much better after taking a boatload of supplements.
Continuous large pain is back again. Barely slept. Hope I can recover somewhat quickly this time.
Went to dentist. Was loud. Little bit of aural fullness now.
Drank too much alcohol when on big phenibut dose last night. Extreme hangover. Can be dangerous combo too.
Dog barked in front of me and set me off into hours of pain. Can't sleep. Was doing so much better until this.
Bad pain back a little but only at night so supplements during the day probably helping a lot. If the pain goes I can deal with the tinnitus

Went to a quiet restaurant then bar a couple nights ago with no plugs and just had small pain for two days but all good now.
Good to know the pain from irritation will heal at least. Soon no more pain for a while hopefully.
So funny that the foam ear plugs I was using to protect myself from pain were actually causing even more pain.
Audiologist told me my ear is super irritated. Must be from the foam ear plugs.

Tinnitus very loud right after I took all the supplements this morning but not sure if that's the cause, it was already loud anyway.
Epithalon dosing ending today, makes me sleep very deeply but that's about all I notice. Most likely doing something else

Had a great sleep after that taking 3mg Epithalon last night. 3 more days of it now then on to Pinealon.
starting a small cycle of 20mg of epithalon. Not expecting anything really. Pinealon next then P21, Semax.

Went to dentist and they told me I might be grinding my teeth in my sleep. Getting a mouth guard now
