  Hey! Oh man no worries, glad you and your doctor caught that error and it was sent correctly to the email!
  
  I am waiting to speak with MyTomorrows. My Doc would email the request this week if I asked him, but I told him I wanted to hold off to see if MyTomorrows would provide any extra boost or leverage to make this request more successful. Only problem is my conversation with them isn’t until 10/10!

Hey there, I don’t want to make you post in the thread about updates if you didn’t want to! But with my Neuro doc agreeing to request EA as well, just wanted to know how your process goes. Did your doc get a confirmation of the request? Did they ask for anything further on your end? Thanks.
