    Hi, thank you for asking. Not great to be honest. It's still getting worse and I'm no closer to understanding why. I've read quite a few posts on the site and yours stood out from the start. It seems extra cruel that some peoples tinnitus deteriorates a such a fast rate.

    Sorry, my Portuguese is rubbish! We used to go every year to visit friends but I'm not sure I'll ever get back on a plane at this rate.
