    Dam i feel you, i've always felt the real me died in 2013. even when my tinnitus was mild it still was a nightmare.

    prior to this year things were looking up oto313, hough, etc,etc but now..susan shore is the only thing we got. i dont know if i can last another 10-30 years like this.

    I cant believe you had this since 2002. 2 decades of this torture my sincere apologizes. 2002 i was a pup and having the best days of my life, while yours changed and it never was the same...fast forward im the old guy living this tortured life(2013), seeing younger people or people in general who are tinnitus free living their best life. its sad man.

    Are you still around? I saw a thread where you said fleeting tinnitus can last longer, sometimes hours. Do you think the "muffled" thing can do, too?

    Yes, and sometimes the ringing goes away quicker and the muffled feeling lasts a day or or two. Nothing to worry about :)

    It was really weird for me today, I almost got no ringing but a weird stuck feeling. Lasted almost two hours and I am looking for people who have experienced something similar. I posted about it on a thread. Thank you for your response

    It reminds me of my son when he was little he would say, "Good day to you sir!". I think he heard it on a show.
